Amazing stay, friendly staff, and clean rooms
I truly enjoyed my weekend stay. The cleanliness of the property was great and the atmosphere was safe. The location is amazingly close to everything such as Top Golf and Broadway at the beach.

The noise level was awful from the other rooms and also alot of loud road noise. The tv was horrible....so dark we could not see what we were watching. Beds very uncomfortable and hard. Wifi barely worked.....

Poor First Impression due to Negative Attitude
The front desk attendant stated, "there is a $40 dollar added cost if you check in early before 1p, then looks at me as if I would go away. Note that it is 12:45p and parking lot completely empty. She must had been eating lunch in the back hall. No options, very unhelpful and definitely should not be working with people. Needless to say, this was my first impression to the hotel. I tried to communicate with hotel.com and it was useless. Note that when you purchase hotel, you are locked. I would have never foreseen a rude desk clerk leading me ti want to change to a different hotel. And Hotel.com just as poor with their allowing you opportunity to communicate. It is a chat and 2-3 min later. The person asks you the same questions over and over.

I think the location is great most of staff are extremely friendly and very helpful the beds are very uncomfortable I love the fact they allow my fur babies but overall I would most definitely would come back thank you staff

The stay was ok! I wish we had breakfast. Overall not so bad. I prefer to stay at a more higher end for room service purposes. My room spelled like dog urine but it was manageable.
