Great location and very nice grounds. The young lady at reception had not got my Expedia confirmation yet. So she asked if I could get my reservation, so I went back to my car to get my cell, showed her. she wrote down confirmation number. She then called her manager and said she could not read the confirmation because it was in English. She asked me to email the confirmation to her boss, as if she did not trust me. This prompted a third trip to my car for my reading glasses. When my Mexican friend showed up all of a sudden the reservations were “Found.”

Beautiful, but noisy.
The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, but very noisy. I was there in the off season, so they were renovating everything and it was difficult to get service in the bar and restaurant. I'm sure it's better when it's busy.

Hotel muy bonito y acogedor
El hotel es muy bonito y acogedor,la alberca está super linda,el único inconveniente fue que hice reservación mes y medio antes y me dieron habitación equivocada,luego pedí como lo solicite y no tenían con vista a la alberca como estaba en la descripción pero de ahí en fuera,el servicio,lugar y cuidados que tienen por el covid es muy bueno y eso me hizo sentir más tranquila.
