We booked the suite and it was clean and comfortable. Great views of the grounds and the local wildlife. Negitives were that the carparking was at the oppisite end of the hotel. You had to enter through the casino, change lifts half way through the hotel and then walk to the other end with your luggage. There didnt appear to be any luggage trolleys and none were offered. There was also very little info given on the hotel, the casino and various eating options. We both have mobility issues so we would not stay here again. Given that its a major brand hotel, I feel it was greatly lacking customer service.
