Dirty bay tub
The hotel has a great view of the lake. Unfortunately, the view doesn’t make up for the dirty bath tub we had in our room. It wasn’t just stray hair that’s easy to miss, it was stuck on grime that needs to be scrubbed. I scrubbed the bottom of the tub with a towel before standing in it, but it took me a minute without proper tools. I understand that staff shortage is an issue, but this is dirt that has been consistently missed, not from the previous guest.

Nice view!
The view from our room 508 was amazing. The reception & restaurant is in another building and our room is in few stairs away. The hotel is located in a hill. I like our room coz its in the bottom part of a 2 story building. When you go out in the veranda there is a pathwalk going to the car park so its a shorter walk. There is a bus stop down the hill well just a short walk. The buffet breakfast is a bonus. Our shuttle was gonna pick us up not til 1pm and check out time was 10am. We just checked out early and the staffs are happy to keep our luggages while we roam around town & had lunch.
