Do not book if you need parking
HUGE problem with parking onsite. Despite stating clearly on the website that free parking onsite is available (which was a major reason for us choosing this hotel), the onsite parking is severely inadequate. There is no parking available if one returns later than 5pm; even the non-parking areas are fully occupied, including right outside the fire exit. The surrounding streets are also parked to full capacity almost every evening. It was a rather unpleasant finish to our day outings every night, returning home tired and not knowing where to park the car.
The parking problem aside, the staff were friendly and helpful, the apartment was spacious with reasonable interior fit outs, the kitchen was adequately equipped (although our apartment didn’t have a microwave), the bathroom was generously sized, as was the bedroom. Once inside the apartment after experiencing the stress of parking, one feels comfortable and at home. Stress free until the next evening…
