This beautiful, centrally located 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom house has
1,612 square feet of elevated living space and offers the best of
Island vacationing. Up to 6 guests will be accommodated very
comfortably inside and out. From the quality quilts and linens on the
beds, TVs in all the bedrooms and several fantastic outdoor areas
nothing has been spared when decorating this home.
The main floor offers a spacious sitting area with views of the lush
backyard landscaping, a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig and lots
of pantry shelving and a breakfast bar. There is also a dining area to
enjoy a great meal together. You will find a half bathroom and the
washer/dryer on this level as well. There are two porches to pick
from. Enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the front yard from the
open patio with plenty of colorful chairs to relax. The screened in
back porch will give you more seating for family meal times.
Surrounded by large coconut trees this porch almost feels like a
treehouse. There is also a bistro table with 2 chairs to toast to a
wonderful tropical getaway.
From the screened in porch leads a staircase to the pool area that
will make everybody in the family happy. Plenty of seating, sun
loungers and a bar invite to hang out and bask in the Florida
sunshine. If you prefer shade a pool umbrella covers one end of the
pool with a shallow area to rest, refresh and relax. A spa offers
additional water fun in the midths of palm trees galore. Have a
cocktail after your day at the beach or prepare the catch of the day
on the outdoor grill by the pool. If you look for more activity
challenge your fellow vacationers to a round of ping pong in the
ground level bonus area while watching your favorite sport show.
All bedrooms are located on the top floor.
The location of Blue Coconut Bungalow will bring you in a short stroll
down the street passed a tranquil park and 5 houses to the white sandy
shore of the Gulf of Mexico. You are also within minutes from all the
various restaurants, bars and boutiques of the Holmes Beach Shopping
A fabulous beach day is made easy with provided beach cart, some beach
chairs, and a beach umbrella.
There is even a TESLA charging station in the garage.

BED & BATH DETAILS
All bedrooms are on the top floor, feature Queen beds and have TVs.
The master bedroom with its ensuite shower/tub bathroom offers also a
screend in porch. Take your night cap upstairs and unwind from the
day. The two guest bedrooms share the hallway bathroom which has a
shower/tub combo as well.
Enjoy the outdoors on the various porches and the fantastic pool area.
A tropical oasis offers a stunning pool and spa. Rinse off after the
beach in the outdoor shower and splash away! A full sized gas grill
completes the exterior package. The bonus area just by the pool offers
a ping pong table complete with TV.
Pool and Spa heat is $120.00/wk.
Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls
must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company.
86° F is the highest heat temperature setting which might not be
reached at all
times. Please note if cold days and nights occur, water
temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will
not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures
get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are
heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of
the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. Outdoor spas are not
hot tubs and require heat at the additonal cost. The temperature of a
spa is typically set at the same temperature as the pool. In the event
of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Duncan Real Estate
will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to
close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent
adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control,
malfunctions or loss of use of equipment or amenities.
This property welcomes any day arrival for the months mid
August-January except holiday weeks. Other months require manager
