This is a small boutique hotel, with a really small front desk to welcome guests. We waited a while to get our room, although we noticed several guests get theirs as soon as they walked in. The restaurant, which is literally next to the reception area, were used as waiting space by guests waiting to be checked-in. The restaurant staff were not pleased by this and noticeably annoyed. The Patio Room is small, dingy and dusty. The only nice thing about our stay was the comfortable bed. The hotel is in a great location. We also had a rather unusual experience whereby guests next to our room decided to get rowdy and loud at 1 o'clock in the morning. When we called to let the hotel staff know, they said they are aware but told us to close our door and keep the blinds down. How strange, why would we have our patio door open while we're asleep? The situation was not handled professionally, the loud singing guests kept getting louder , and went on for an hour! So needless to say, our experience weren't good, we won't be back to Naumi the next time we're in town.
