Great little hotel. Location is A+, Rooftop pool is a highlight, friendly service at the check-in. There are lots of excellent restaurants and bars nearby and all the major sights in Singapore are within 10min by MRT. Rooms are a little on the small (but stylish) side, and it's missing some of the amenities of a larger hotel. All in all, exactly what you'd expect from a great but not superb boutique hotel.

10/10 Exceptional

Great location and staff … great vibe
This is a great, contemporary hotel, right next to Raffles Hotel. The neighborhood was really interesting with excellent local restaurants and bars - we loved the Mexican margarita bar next door, well worth a visit The staff here are exceptional and could not have been more helpful. The upstairs bar and infinity pool is magical with a fantastic view over the City. I would recommend this hotel for couples or singles and for someone who is looking for somewhere for a couple of nights. The only downside is that there is inadequate wardrobe/storage space and so you end up living out of your suitcase if you stayed longer.

Staff were hospital and helpful. Some AFIs: - sharper image of TV channels - food quality could be improved - better room service frequency - more accessible gyms (i.e. to be opened within a certain duration) - to install hose in toilet for washing

The only downside is that the building does not have any parking, and the parking next door is very expensive. Apart from that, hotel is cozy and staff is very pleasant.

4/10 Fair

This is a small boutique hotel, with a really small front desk to welcome guests. We waited a while to get our room, although we noticed several guests get theirs as soon as they walked in. The restaurant, which is literally next to the reception area, were used as waiting space by guests waiting to be checked-in. The restaurant staff were not pleased by this and noticeably annoyed. The Patio Room is small, dingy and dusty. The only nice thing about our stay was the comfortable bed. The hotel is in a great location. We also had a rather unusual experience whereby guests next to our room decided to get rowdy and loud at 1 o'clock in the morning. When we called to let the hotel staff know, they said they are aware but told us to close our door and keep the blinds down. How strange, why would we have our patio door open while we're asleep? The situation was not handled professionally, the loud singing guests kept getting louder , and went on for an hour! So needless to say, our experience weren't good, we won't be back to Naumi the next time we're in town.

6/10 Good

Disappointed
Delayed our check in by more than an hour, and did nothing for service recovery. Safe was damaged, bathroom is dirty and strands of hair can be found. Toiletries provided were missing toothpaste.
