Wonderful Hotel
This is a fabulous hotel. The rooms are amazing, the staff are incredible (from Christopher, Celeste and Michael in the breakfast room) to Alicia (in the bar) Gertrude (lunchtime and breakfast service) to all the staff in reception, the valet staff to the pool staff. They are all wonderful. It has a perfect balance between professional and friendly. The General manager Joanne Selby has the respect of everyone and I can understand why - she is present, professional, supportive of her staff and is in total control! We will be back.

The Hotel was good and a good location, I would question the 5 star rating though. Our room was fine. The pool area did not feel well managed and the pool itself was dilapidated, and the pool cleanliness was questionable. The service especially for breakfast was slow on several days with long queues.

The property is beautiful and at a great location but the service could be much better. Even at breakfast, it was rushed, we had to wait a long line up and no a La cart was offered. We had stayed at a better hotel than this in the same area, maybe not as luxurious looking but with better service and quality for the money payed.
