old world charm, pools and gardens are well maintained. Food options plentiful and reasonable price. Good vibe at the Tamarind restaurant by the beach. Beautiful expansive gardens. Polite and attentive services overall. Suggestions for improvement 1. Set up queue line with CLEAR signage at check in check out area to avoid chaos, especially when many tour groups check in with other individuals guests. Please install some fans to improve ventilation over the check in counter so that guests dont have to suffer from 30c heat during queuing. 2. Update the rooms and air cons. My room at 4106 has a noisy AC unit right above my bed. Couldnt sleep til 5am from the noise. Had to use noise cancelling headphones to get over it. The bedsheet felt moist with stains on them

Amazing stay here with our family for a wedding. Kids loved the pools and plenty options for dining in hotel and surrounding area. Buffet breakfast was outstanding. Would definitely recommend for families!

Lovely traditional building. Right on the beach. Great snorkelling. Can access other hotels restaurants too. Good local shopping and of course fabulous weather. The only thing I’d want to change is the pool temperature it was far too hot for me to swim in.
