I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel Kuala Lumpur, and I must say, it was an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. The housekeeping and doorman were always friendly and attentive, and made me feel right at home. The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, and I slept soundly throughout the night. I was also pleased to find that the room was impeccably clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. In the morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast that satisfied my cravings, and the location of the hotel made it easy to explore the city. Overall, I would highly recommend the Sheraton Imperial Hotel Kuala Lumpur to anyone looking for a fantastic hotel experience. Just okay with no wow factor. Clean and comfortable for an old hotel. But staff and facilities ok but nothing to get excited about here. Don’t bother with a club room as the club lounge is packed and people are like a load of vultures as the small bites and drinks are free. We had to stand as no tables were available to sit down! Sheraton sort out your club lounge instead of your staff just passively standing there!! I think there are better hotels in KL so check those before booking here!
