Not the Rixos you know
I have been in several Rixos before coming to this one. Unfortunately it has been the worst among other Rixos. Room had strange stale smell, had to change it. Food was below average and not good quality. Service in restaurant was very bad, you had to chase waiters to come to you. Breakfast, eggs benidect always dry, cheeses are dry as well not fresh, staff does not speak English at all. Midnight buffet was a joke…beef stew and rice, no cheeses, no varieties that other Rixos hotels have. Coffee in undrinkable..Starbucks is located outside near pool which is inconvenient. I felt it did not deserve to be part of the Rixos group honestly. Would not recommend going there. Operational management needs to be changed completely

Housekeeping is very bad and non professional and they do not do any cleaning we made a complain and the next day was worse. The staff are excellent except for the housekeepers. Ms Yagmur from guests relations made things a lot easy for us even she made a what’s up group so she shared with us hotel daily program and gave directions to important sites . We really would like to thank this honest and hard working staff Ms Yamur.

Would definitely go back!!!
Really beautiful hotel and excellent service. The food was exceptional as well. The only issue I had was the air conditioning. They turn off the air conditioning and turn on the heat during the winter. A fan was provided to me when I complained but the room was still quite hot. Overall, it was an awesome stay!!!!
