Great beach location.
We enjoyed a one-night stay at this resort. The sand and beach area were amazing. The pool area was also great. I feel like the owners are spending lots of money trying to upgrade this resort, but still need to work on the small details. The lobby looked great and inviting. The pool and beach areas were great and we enjoyed the new day bed in the pool area. The new towels were colorful and lovely. I appreciated the ice and water by the pool. Now the nos == Yes they are spending money but they paint over yucky things. The bathroom door probably needed replacing but instead, they just covered it with a fresh coat of paint. The stairwells were gross and needed to be cleaned, but well-lit for safety. I am not sure what the targeted age for travelers is at this resort. I enjoyed seeing people sit around the fire at night, and hopefully, in the future, more fire tables will be spread throughout the grass areas. Even small details such as replacing burnt-out light bulbs will go a long way. In our room the beds were clean and the linens were good. The shampoo was ripped (or stolen) from the wall and no one seemed to notice. Not a four-star, but they are trying.

Good vibes and things to do
Stay was great. Daytime had a dj and a “party vibe”. We enjoyed that. Can order food and drinks at beach/pool bar area. Food/drink was pricey but tasty. Hotel staff were extremely friend. Lots of games to do- checkers, chess, yard connect 4, corn hole and table tennis. Hotel condition is decent. If you are knit picky then maybe not a spot for you. Hotel and pool were clean. We would go again.
