Great Stay
Great hotel in a good location. 10 minute walk from airport and easy access to tram and buses to central Nice. Very quiet area and close to breakfast and lunch places. Only complaint is to put a bottom and top sheet as the thermostat was not easy to control and you need to be able to remove heavy duvet and have a sheet. Also always provide 2 bath sheets.

A good hotel but disappointing hospitality!
For a 4-start hotel I would have expected that they would care a little bit more about their hotel guests staying over and the services offered to guests e.g. room service options or access to restaurant during the day time! I was declined room service (to order food and drinks) on two occasions with reasons such as "if you don't order food with the drinks, we cannot offer room service, please come downstairs and carry the tray yourself to your room"! and on another occassion their reason was they were short staffed but when I went down to the restaurant/bar area, they had staff in the restaurant just idling/waiting to serve! Overall the stay in the hotel itself was good i.e. rooms were good quality, clean, good options of transport around (trams, trains, airport) but the lack of good hospitality was disappointing.

I spent the night at this hotel because of an early flight from the Nice airport the next morning. The staff are very helpful. Room w king bed was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant was very nice and I enjoyed an excellent lamb dish there for dinner pictured below. The hotel is a very easy five minute walk to terminal 1 at the airport and even though the TRAM is just across the street corner, it is just as easy to walk directly to T1.
