Exceptional 10.0
Very satisfied
Everything was perfect except the beds are hard like a rock ... But is my opinion maybe the rest of the people like that. I’m very satisfied with the hotel especially the friendly personnel.

Good 6.0
Great location but terrible front staff
Great location with walking distance the historic center. Restaurant staff outstanding. Breakfast was filling but not great. Cleaning staff were outstanding. Front desk staff working in the morning are very polite, friendly and professional. However the afternoon/evening staff ( including one person named Nellie) are nothing short of rude and very unprofessional. The evening staff will pretend to not speak English even though they are fluent. The evening staff will hide out in the back until they are forced to come to the desk to help clients. The evening staff, when asked any questions that they don’t know, will simply state that they don’t know then walk away without bothering to find out the information. Also: BEWARE: I Left my luggage with the staff to hold for me as I arrived too early to check into the hotel. When I came back several hours later to check in, I was presented with my suitcase that had my suitcase lock broken off and my baggage opened.
