We were given the wrong room with a double bed. When I checked what we paid for we should have been in a room with King size bed and a single bed. Tried to call but phones were not working so I had to walk to the reception.
The person in charge didn’t know what she was doing and had to call her Manager who allocated the room for us. We were moved to room 33.
Door lock was broken that each time you have to swipe the card you have to push the door so hard and put all your weight on it. Husband and I had to do this several times and had to call someone to help. Unfortunately at times the person couldn’t even open the door for us. From the day we checked in to the day we checked out the door was a big issue. This was in Room 33.
Some cockroaches noted in the room as well.
I woke up with bites on my legs from probably bedbugs. Someone we knew who works there told us that they have to sues with bedbugs in some areas.
