It wasn’t a good experience
Extremely noisy inside and outside of the building due to nonstop renovations. No customer care and satisfaction. Room cleaning issue. Bathroom smells really bad. Stain on the sheets. No hands soap. Had to remind the cleaning staff on daily basis for soap and shampoo and body wash. Changing guest rooms due to renovations with no assistance from staff. No trash cans in the room. No refrigerator in the room. No beach or swimming pool towels. Staff not interested to provide any type of service. Overall it wasn’t good experience.

Lovely small hotel in a side street. Close to lots of restaurants and bars and a 10 minute walk to Seminyak Beach. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are really nice. This is my 2nd time staying here and I will be back for sure.
