Hotel is amazing.. We choose executive room to get access to executive lounge.. However the lounge is close.. Perhaps hotels.com can update this notice.. People pay higher for that lounge.. But it so sad that is not open without being notified earlier

Fairly good city hotel in an urban shopping mall. Walking in the area is difficult. Rooms are comfortable but slightly scuffed in placed and need a bit of TLC. But overall a decent city hotel that’s worth the price. It’s 4 star, not 5 star.

Double tree has been a disappointment as the brand name is glamourous but the service is not attentive and not customer oriented. First room given to us was dirty as u open the door and see at the side that there is crumbs and hair and carpet have fingernail. Called your service line and they mentioned to change the room but no one came. Concierge men came to deliver the luggage and saw with his own eyes on the dirt next to the door and said he will come back with another room key but did not even came back after waiting for 40 minutes or so. Double tree stick all the sticker at the door stating that you have clean and sanitise the room which is purely just not up to the standards mentioned. Call the service line the second time and no one came to the room. Went to the front desk and mentioned the issue, your FO staff and she was not even care or what we say. Did not even apologise and gave us the second room. Second room was given, there was" hair" found on the top of the faucet. Gross as hell. We only staying for a night but asking us to change room 3 times was wasting our time. Breakfast buffet was also bad as not many choices. Staff was quite rude as well. This has been a very disappointing experience that we will not stay in any Hilton property.

I am totally disappointed with what happen on 30/8 a) the check in took about one and half hour due to whatever reason b) I was still being charge for exercutive room price despite the executive lounge couldn't be used c) basic necessities such as cleaning utilities and water were not provided
