Great Hotel
Excellent hotel in a great location. 10/15 min walk to town. Local supermarkets and choice of inexpensive restaurants 5 mins away (if that). Minutes from the Maritime Museum which is excellent as well. Would definitely return.

Excellent hotel
Excellent hotel. Really spacious room and very handy to have fridge. Good plentiful breakfast. Good location, just across the road from bus stop 15 for tour collections/drop offs and only 12 minutes pleasant stroll into town through residential streets. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Good hotel in a good location near town, harbour.
We stayed at the Grandi for a week in Room 533 on the fifth floor with a balcony and view across the town to the harbour. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast selection was good with juices, porridge, chia pudding, yoghurt, fruit, eggs, bacon, excellent sourdough bread, croissant, ham, cheeses, jams, honey, teas and coffee. Also on offer was the local cod liver oil which was really good unlike the stuff we had as children. We found the hotel very warm and ‘hygge’ after being out in the cold all day. Reception were helpful and friendly. Easy walking distance to the town and plenty of places to eat nearby. Try the soup and bread from the bakery next to hot, it’s really good.

Great location. 7/8 min walk to the centre. Plenty of parking near by. Few minutes walk to the harbour. Hotel was friendly and clean. Breakfast area was a bit small for the size of the hotel and the room often had a hing sewage water. But other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Lovely hotel and great stay
The hotel was really great. Excellent service at check-in. Rooms are lovely and spacious, with comfortable beds. It was my birthday and they provided me with a couple of drinks vouchers and a bottle of wine - lovely touch! Breakfast was really good. Good choice of food and really delicious. I would definitely stay here again :-)

Great stay - Ideal base.
I'm so happy that I chose this hotel- we had a wonderful stay. The Reception staff were so friendly- welcoming and helpful. I really appreciated the room we were given. For us the hotel was ideally situated. A quick walk to the old harbour which was handy for some lovely restaurants and the boat trip that we did and an easy 20 minute walk to the city centre We were the first pick-up for the three excursions that we did which meant we had our pick of the seats - so that was a bonus! The breakfast was ideal for us with a good selection of hot and cold food. I would happily stay here again.

Great place with awesome staff!
Stayed at Grandi for five nights. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good. We had a meal in the restaurant one of the evenings, food and service were excellent. Location was great, easy walking distance to places around. Everyone we encountered during our stay were more than helpful and very friendly.... would definitely stay here again, highly recommend this hotel!
