Disappointed in hotels.com
You get what you pay for... Which in my case was a giant headache between the hotel itself and hotels.com...i prepaid using the website but the hotel said I need to pay cash...after being over an hour on phone/chat with hotels.com they finally decided to refund my money. I expected a little more on the basis of wasting so much of my time, the truth is hotels.com shouldn't have this hotel available on the site.
