I was very disappointed . My booking was guaranteed through a mail I received l. But on reaching there I was rejected by The hotel I booked as they told me that their hotel is fully booked and they cannot help me out. It was about 11:20 before midnight we were stranded and very tired. I tried to get in touch with my agent and they could not help me either. It was a terrible experience and we are really disappointed with the service from both parties.
