Have stayed here before -- excellent location and a nice hotel.

Service and friendliness of staff was great, but room had an old sock smell to it, carpet had a torn section approx 2"x10" with visible concrete below, shower curtain had a large piece of nose/throat phlem dried to the inside. More attention needs to be paid to maintenance and cleaning.

Trashy and stinky. Bad customer service. Additional charges on credit card that were not authorized nor incurred.

The front desk person wasn’t friendly, the desk chair was torn up to shreds, the carpet was old, not enough towels. Will never stay there again.
