The bed was crawling with bed bugs. I took a video and spotted at least three visibly large ones, and probably a lot more hatchlings in between the sheets. My torso and arms have patches of itchy bumps. As if that wasn't enough, some guests or visitors were partying in the hallway for an hour around 11pm. The staff didn't seem to notice from the their station about 20 steps away to bring it to a stop. Suffice it to say, I did not sleep much that night. The walkway to the airport is not paved, and some folks hangout on the grassy path with drinks in hand at night when I came in and in the early morning when I left. No shampoo, only 2 small soap bars and one towel.

My booking was confirmed and paid for well before my check in. When I went to check in, I was told they did not have a room for me. The staff member was inexperienced and unable to help. I was not offered a refund, instead, he said he would go clean one of the rooms himself. An hour later, after waiting in the heat with bugs and flies everywhere, and no functioning amenities or internet access, he took me to a filthy room with ants on the linen, pubic hair all over the bathroom and a non-functioning TV. The air con and lights stopped working 5 minutes after I arrived. Absolutely appalled by this experience. Would not recommend.

Totally run down change of ownership and no TV no WiFi and phone does not work and no kitchen operating means no onsite meals Not adequately staffed and washing machine and dryer household not commercial.... overall average
