Excellent outside environment and Staff service!
The outside environment of the Hotel was great, nice pools and the view from the overflow pools was stunning and very beautiful. On the other hand, the inside of the rooms was just fine and old and the bed was not so comfortable if you stay for a longer period. Need renovation to be an excellent Hotel without any fault. From the outside view of the Hotel you except a better room. Despite that, the service of the Staff was great and we will come back to this Hotel, as soon as they renovate the rooms.

Amazing from start to finish
I booked this hotel for 2 nights for my parents as a birthday present. I got non stop messages and photos from them saying how amazing and beautiful it all was. They also said the food was amazing. My mum was very impressed with the egg chef and complimentary prosecco at breakfast! They even booked another night as they were having such a great time! I was emailing Boryana (one of the managers there) before my parents stay and she arranged some birthday surprises for my parents. She was so helpful! Would book this hotel again in a heartbeat!

Definitely stay again
The hotel was perfect from the minute we walked in. The reception explained everything to us and made sure we understood. The room was so clean especially because of covid in Cyprus. The food was delicious morning and lunch that we had.

Great view , happy service staff, lovely location and beautiful pool area.. but need to fix up the following to excel : 1 kids were allowed in all 3 pools not making it easy to swim and relax. Management should restrict kids in one of the pools not all 3 of them!! 2 Rooms need a revamp to match the rest of the hotel ie pools,reception area and resaurant. 3 need to revamp the beach up front (plant trees leading to the beach etc) it is a seaside hotel but the beach is not so easily accessible and safe

Loved our stay
After spending a week here we decided to check right back in again after a night away rather than going on to Nissi Beach as planned. Guess that tells a lot of how I liked our stay ;) Thank you for a wonderfully relaxed vacation. I hope to come back next year

Das Personal sehr nett und freundlich. Lage des Hotels sehr schön mit schönem Meerzugang. Die Auswahl des Frühstückbuffets ist gut, aber die Qualität kommt über Discounterware nicht raus. Baguette ist pappig. Das Hotel wirbt als Green Key (umweltfreundlich). Weit gefehlt. Strandtücher einzeln in Folie verpackt. Getränkebecher am Pool nur Plastik. Das einzige umweltfreundliche ist, dass die Klimaanlage nicht geht, wenn der Schlüssel nicht steckt. Der Kühlschrank war so vereist, dass die Tür nicht schloss. Das Hotel wirkt auf den ersten Blick hübsch. Die Flure auf den Etagen erinnern eher an ein Krankenhaus. Keine Bilder. Sehr lieblos. Das Badezimmer so klein. Kaum eine Ablage für persönliche Utensilien.

Väldigt fint och rent. Lite sprickor i ytbeläggningen i poolerna men det gör inget. Fint område och många hängmöjligheter runtom på hotelområdet. Väldigt hjälpsamt och trevligt personal som känner igen en. God mat. Det behövs dock kontroll över hur många bäddar man får paxa utan att man är på plats. Under min vistelse paxade en kvinna 9 bäddar för hela sällskapet innan soluppgång. Sällskapet dök upp pö om pö fram till lunch och bäddarna stod tomma under både em och fm. Det var därför svårt att hitta en bra skuggplats vid poolen.
