    Fun Trip to Boston

    This is great value in a downtown Boston hotel. Clean, good sized rooms, nice breakfast and dinner / bar restaurants within the property...the type that even patrons from outside the hotel frequent. This Hilton is also a short walk to Faneuil Hall / Quincy Market, as well as the Freedom Trail, and the harbor front including Boston Aquarium. Concierges are very helpful when it comes to deciding on sight seeing and dinner plans - we enjoyed a lot of great meals in the Italian North End area around Hanover Street. We'd stay here again, without hesitation.

    Great location with quiet room

    The hotel location is excellent, walkable to many desirable sites. The room is small, no sofa bed for a child. It did have basic toiletries but not even so much as a couple of bottled waters for guests. While the rooms are dated and in need of updating, the room was clean and comfortable.

    Nice Stay

    The Hotel Management was sensitive to our feed back and upgraded our room promptly, we had a nice stay as a result. However, the hotel is in need of a total refresh on the design and decor. Close to Faneuil Hall, oysters and services were great at the hotel.

    Not impressed.

    I have never stayed in a Hilton property that was so poorly serviced. We had no glasses, no coffee cups for the coffee machine in the room, no extra toilet paper, no shampoo , one little bar of soap for 2 days, a half full bottle of lotion, and no extra towels. For what we were charged this is shameful. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
