Wonderful
Wonderful location ,big and spacious rooms , Sou room was facing the street , little noisy if we open the window , great and friendly staff , excellent service , , they just need to add some lights to the room .lots of shopping whit in 5 minutes walk , 15 minutes walk to central train station if you need to take a train to Ghent (1/2an hour ) from bruge or Brussels almost one and a half hour

Lovely hotel, Very friendly staff. Restaurant meals were very tasty.Good breakfast. Great location for the centre of everything. The hotel parking was tricky to find in the one way system. It was 30 euros a day. would defiantly recommend this hotel.

A "Special" Surprise
Location was excellent & very walkable to sites. We took a taxi to & from train station. Bed and room were comfortable and front desk printed documents for us. The room felt clean & looked clean, but after my husband took a hot shower, there was a graphic sexual drawing on the mirror. It was funny! But my main point is that I guess housekeeping department doesn't wipe down mirrors. I also found a opened package of crackers inside the drawer where coffee pods & teas are stored, and a wrapper of crackers at the side of the bed. These are little things but it made me doubt the cleanliness. Overall it was a nice stay & I'd return.
