Great central location!! Hotel next to Loop train station, sound of train passing on tracks reaches bedroom but not loud enough to be disruptive. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Very comfortable bedding, spacious room and bathroom.

Pricey hotel for special occasion, but very well appointed. Website said room service available...it wasn't. Website said hotel had a restaurant...if so, it was invisible. Right now, 24 hours late, the hotel has not posted the charge for my incidentals. The staff they have is terrific, but the hotel doesn't have the services that I saw on Hotels.com website.
