Overall pleasant
I stayed here for a couple of nights because a windstorm knocked my power out. The price was good for the location and the staff was friendly. I was glad that they are pet-friendly but disappointed to be hit with a fee, that was not mentioned when making the reservation, upon check-in. The place was very clean amd comfortable. However, the shower in my room didn't function fully. It ran water through the faucet, too and was very loud. The staff was very friendly and I am sure that it would be a much more warm and pleasant stay if it weren't for corona.

Best hotel in Ann Arbor
I love this hotel and stay here whenever I am in town. Business or pleasure. They are very accommodating and even with all that is happening in the world try to make a fun and safe place for everyone.

The hotel was nice and clean, in a quiet area. We had issues with our toliet the next morning and notified front desk right away. The issue was fixed and cleaned up by the time we got back from our planned activities. It was a nice stay.
