Unprofessional wait staff
We paid for our breakfast with our stay when we paid online with our visa. After breakfast we were approached by the waiter and hosted every morning that we had to pay, every morning I had to show them our receipt was already paid for. The waiter embarrassed me yelling I had to pay, as I remained composed and embarrassed… The front desk had to come down each morning to allow me to leave because they kept getting my room number wrong. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
