Check in was a very long process and for what seemed like no reason. It was midnight and there was no one else waiting besides us. The front desk staff was dressed in sweats and a wrinkled TShirt that had inappropriate verbiage on the front. He kept asking repeatedly (even after I said I didn’t) if I had $50 cash for their deposit and I told him I did not, and it would have to go on my card. He told me it would take 4-7 business days to get my deposit back on the card. Asked him for directions to where our room was located and he didn’t even specify which building, as there are 2. Make sure to ask if your room is in Building A or B to save yourselves time and confusion. As we entered our building there was a very damaged soda machine and water leaking all over the hotel floor (Building A) with no wet floor signs, no posted signs. Total lawsuit waiting to happen. Our room wasn’t the cleanest I’ve ever seen (someone even left a penny under the packaged soap on the counter.). They only had 2 towels even though our online reservation was for 3. The only positive I can give is that the bed was comfortable. For what we paid, I expected a lot better.

You get what you pay for but…yikes
Vending machine was punched in and emptied, ice machine leaked everywhere, non smoking room smelled like smoke, cigarette burns in the sheets and comforters, brown stuff on the walls, bathroom sinks and fixtures uncaulked and gross…. We were honestly afraid to touch anything. You get what you pay for, but this wasn’t even the cheapest in the bunch!! We were afraid to shower and immediately went home and sanitized everything that entered the room.

Sheets were dirty with hair and stains.The floor was dirty mold on the curtains and lampshades. The sink was missing the handle the sliding glass door that leads to the courtyard where the pool is didnt close all the way there was a gap and duct tape was there to cover it . Walking into the building the glass to the vending machine was broken out the ice machine was leaking water all over the floor .
