Great room, lacking customer service
Stay was great, however i left my wafch in the room and called about 3 hours after i left on my drive to south florida. At this point, a week later i have left 3 m3ssages with lost and found/housekeeping ans have yet to hear back.

Sadly disappointed
I'm truly disappointed in my stay because La Quinta is usually quite a nice and clean establishment. The employees were nice and accomodating when I reported there were ants in the bathroom and nightstand, hair in the pillows and shower, and no running hot water for the shower. My room immediately switched but the new room had long hair on the pillow as well. Also the guests at the facility were not wearing masks and employees did not ask them to put a mask on. I was shocked by how the patrons were just reckless and inconsiderate of other people's health and safety during the pandemic.

The room was clean however there was no toilet paper in there when we arrived. There is a $10 per night fee for parking that wasn’t mentioned online and i was overcharged $10.00 I had to go to the front desk in the morning and they fixed it for me. overall the rooms are nice and clean.

There was food left in the refrigerator. We only had one towel to dry off with. Luckily i always bring my own towels. Hair was still left in the shower. I think the sheet was poped(not changed) never no. We brought some sheet from wal mart to put on the bed.

The hotel itself was not clean at all, I don’t think it had seen a vacuum in a very long time. The bed was comfortable but that was where the niceness stopped. They don’t give you new towels, you must go to the counter for sheets or towels after coming in late at night and ready to shower. The front entranceway is a party spot. Cars were allowed to pull up and blast their music with people sitting on their cars, etc.. and this is at 11 at night. It could be a great hotel, it’s beautiful on the outside but new management needs to step in or evaluate because a lot of attention is needed.
