    Good stay but parking is terrible

    Overall the family room is great and good for family with kids. The breakfast is good and delicious. The parking arrangement is terrible. Hotel guests need to pay for the parking, the parking is limited and most of the parking are reserved for valet and it charges RM30 per day. The parking space is so narrow.

    I house service was graa Area for improvement : 1) Check in service was average. 2) Parking facilities was upsetting due to lack of parking lot despite it is a pay entry. 3) The so called private beach opposite the building was dirty and super small common area.

    Liked the ease of check in and the sanitisation of the room. Breakfast spread was good. The bathroom bidet had a slight leak. Disliked the paid parking and that after midnight there was a lack of covered parking.

    Good night

    The hotel Christmas ambiance was nice. The room was comfortable with all the necessities. The good thing is this hotel has Astro Supersport channel that have Premier League football! Most hotels never subscribe to football channel. Only slight flaw is the check in counter, three front desk staff handling guests check in takes 20 mins per person or more. We have to queue for 20 mins till legs muscles ache before our turn.

    Below Expectation

    This was my second stay at the hotel but it was not as good as an experience as my first stay two years ago. 1. There was a faulty aircond in one of our rooms causing a puddle of water just outside the toilet - instead of changing our rooms they decided to do the maintenance while we were in the room. 2. I booked a triple room - and everyday they'd only provide one set of toiletries for 3 people. And everyday I have to go looking for the cart to ask the house keeper for extra soaps. 3. The breakfast spread was a lot smaller than previously. Limited food options. 4. There is a bar at the hotel but alcohol drinks are not in the menu. They only tell you the price verbally - when you ask. We saw promotions around the hotel but when we went there - service was poor and they only have 2 options of drinks - one type of beer, a white and red wine option. Very limited. Not the kind of service and option you'd expect from a Hotel like this. Very different from our previous stay. 4. We asked for wine glasses to be sent to the room so we can have drinks there and we were informed that it'll cost RM 5 per glass. 5. There's a damp carpet smell every time we enter the floor where our room was located. Very unpleasant.
