Great location, decent rooms and kitchen.
Really, really great location. Rear facing room was surprisingly quiet for the location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall, really decent value. Will very likely stay again next visit.

Good location. Close to all the shops / transport
The room is a bit dated, but clean and does the job. Bed was ok. Large bathroom. The room had a spa bath which I didn't use. The shower was over the spa and very hard to get in and out of. If you have mobility issues I suggest asking for a room that doesn't have the spa. I struggled myself to get in and out and I don't normally have any problems. I did have some issues checking in. I wasn't aware they closed the reception after 6pm. Apparently they send messages to people informing them of this (and how to access the keys after hours) but this was not communicated to me. There was an after hours number, but that message tells you to call a different number. How you are meant to do that when you are already on the phone is a bit ridiculous. the correct number should be on the door. However, once I did get through to the right person, I was instructed on how to get my key so all ok in the end. Location was good and easy to walk to everything. I would happily stay here again if the price was right at the time.

Convieniently situated this apartment is very close to the free tram network, the theatres, Chinatown and many other local attractions Very friendy and helpful staff and nothing was too much trouble. Not a fan of the old-fashioned spa bath that you had to use to get a shower. Very hard to use as you get older
