The staff are the foundation of the hotel! They assisted me with learning how to use € and the bus schedules to get around. They were welcoming, friendly, polite, helpful & professional. The property, restaurant, pub, common areas, toilets & hotel rooms were kept very clean & comfortable. The only thing I wished they had was a vending area for when you needed a late night snack, but forgot to grab something from the store before they closed. I will be recommending the hotel to anyone I know of that’s visiting Ireland in the future, & I hope to return.
