Very good 8.0
I love the view , l don’t like the fact that the furniture is out dated and l don’t like the old dirty carpet or the floor falling apart...the location is great and the personal is great also .

Fair 4.0
After 7 days of being in other parts of Mexico, I was looking forward to resting the last 2 nights of our 9 day tour at the San Marino in Mexico City. I looked on Expedia and booked the triple room because it mentioned it slept 4. Since there are 4 of us I figured that was perfect. I looked at the pictures and the property seemed new and modern. When I arrived to check in the receptionist explained there were no longer any triple rooms available and had a room that slept 4, so I agreed on that room. It was a queen bed, 1 twin bed and a sofa. But the room looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia. The room was cut out of a low budget 70’s film and it was dirty looking. Plus for two nights and pushing $200, I can honestly say I would never stay or recommend this place in the future. The only part of my stay that wasn’t terrible was the night reception staff. We needed more towels and toilet paper on two different occasions and they brought it up very quickly. Also after the first night when the cleaning staff came in to service the room, they did do a better job at sprucing up the room a little more.

Poor 2.0
This hotel is unsafe. The guests in the room next door got locked into their room. They asked if they could use our room to get there. We realized that the locks between the rooms were broken! We requested to talk to the manager, who never showed up. Also, we had to wait a day to unpack as the room was dusty. The hotel is old and unkept. The floor has cracks full of dirt and the ceiling had lint/dust hanging from it. The only value of this place is the location.
