Pro: Nice staff, good breakfast, easy to find. Cons: Everything else. After changing rooms twice due to plumbing issues, we ended up on the third floor, which was almost unbreathable for our asthmatic child due to cigarette smoke. We had the window open for three days, and it was still terrible. Of the three rooms, this one was the cleanest, but there was still mold in the bathroom and windows, wallpaper peeling, evidence of animals left in the room, fridge was funky, carpet was buckling, air unit was cracked and broken, and fold out couch did not have bedding. Pool was okay, though the crumbling concrete managed to scrape up the kids. We also witnessed a cat playing with a live mouse in the courtyard. If we had the option, we would pull have left after the first night. We travel quite a bit, and this ranks in our top 5 worst experiences.

Room was disgusting... long hairs in our bed and shower, ants crawling all over inside of our room and what looked like poop was over the door, and a white glob of only god knows what was running down the bathroom vanity! Will never ever go back

Only negative washed comforter which was too warm for us and sheetonly, too cold

Great continental breakfast! Suites are well layed out and have the feel of a mini apartment. My Jack Russel, Pug and Maltese mix big dawg loves it, too!

Clean rooms. Full breakfast. Close to shopping. No issues but the elevator is a bit old and need to have the circuit reset every once in a while because it stops working. This happened as we were leaving and trying to take our luggage down. One of the cleaning ladies quickly called the front desk to have them fix it for us real quick.
