Overall pleased
Overall i was pleased and my fiance and both agreed that we would return. Some small things; seemed to be confusion about check in desk. Difficult to find a reception area. It seemed a bit disorganized. Something else was dicerning was at one point during wedding reception for my Nephew and his new bride, there was a line up for the bar and the counter person had there back to them. Its just small stuff but perhaps something the staff can work on.

6/10 Good

We were drawn to this property because of its location. It has a wonderful location that offers lovely views over the water. However, the interior is a little disappointing. I would call the decor "early seniors residence". Our room was one of the smaller rooms, with a bed tucked into a corner, which really should never happen, unless the room is for one person. Also, it had a toilet in what is just too small a space, with a tiny little shower. The only thing I can say is that the bed was reasonably comfortable, until you have to climb out the bottom, because you're sleeping against a wall. There is what is called a "continental breakfast". This consisted of grocery store muffins and tangerines, tea bags and a Nespresso machine - not impressive. There's a kitchen downstairs - why not bake a batch of fresh muffins to offer guests? As for the restaurant, it has a great location with views over the bay, but not much can be said for the creativity or adaptability of the kitchen. The kitchen didn't seem able or willing to adapt to dietary restrictions. The menu has nothing in the way of vegetarian, vegan or non-dairy options. I understand that it is still a minority of people who eat this way, so I ordered a spinach salad, hold the bacon, the egg and cheese, hoping they would replace the above with other veggies. It takes very little skill to make a salad. I got a pile of spinach with one sliced raw mushroom. Not good enough! The restaurant needs to move into the 21st century!
