Marathon home away
Hard beds. No soap or shampoo. Needed grout around sinks. Hair dryer falling out of wall. Generally needed updating. Will not stay there again.

Paradise
Very quiet and beautiful place to stay. Close enough to marathon for groceries. Had a little trouble with the hot tub but property manager got it fixed. A few lights out on one washcloth per bathroom. It was great having beach towels provided. We would stay again.

Good for short stay
Only real complaint was that there were four of us staying for two nights, which was on the reservation from the beginning, and upon arival, there were four clean bath towels and two wash cloths available for our two night stay.

Weekend at Harbor Village.
My wife wanted a quiet birthday weekend and this place made it happen. We missed the sunset but enjoyed a beautiful sunrise. We enjoy walks on the endless dock and around Duck Key. Only one issue, the jacuzzi would not heat up.

Met our needs
The home met our needs for a last minute weekend getaway for 4 adults - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and cute backyard space. The other reviews are accurate in that there is a big opportunity to update the home - the carpet going upstairs is worn out and dirty, full remodel of the bathrooms is needed (broken, dirty tiles, dirty tub etc), kitchen remodel would be a nice to have. We also had issues with the hot tub not working but the owner was very responsive in trying to get it fixed during our stay. Also, the beds were very comfortable contrary to another review so the mattresses must have been replaced or mattress pads added.
