A tram stop nearby. Not too far away from Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt train station where you can find something to eat. The room was clean and breakfast was good. Only there was some confusion about payment, but it was sorted later.

Muss man nicht haben
Bei Buchung wurde WLAN und hoteleigener Parkplatz versprochen, beides war jedoch nicht vorhanden. Es gab in der ganzen Gegend nur öffentliche gebührenpflichtige Parkplätze bis 22.00 Uhr. Morgens um 4.30 Uhr wurde es in der untenliegenden Küche so laut das an Schlaf nicht mehr zu denken war. Anscheinend bereitete man das Frühstück vor und putzte die Küche. Dabei machte man rücksichtslos einen enormen Lärm (bei offenen Fenstern). Das Frühstück war gut. Zimmer ok.
