We felt unsafe

Checked in and went up to our room only to find someone was already in that room, given another room it that was fine, until the next morning while we we out we received a phone call from the hotel. Informing us that we weren’t in the system and what room were we staying in? After telling them our room they informed us that other guest had been given the room and been in there while we were out. Not only were we able to get into someone else’s room other guests entered ours On Friday night there was a large number of unmentionable people hanging around out the front of the hotel with no security or hotel staff present
