We were not welcomed as one would expect; to point us in right direction for valet parking as we arrived. The reception staff was polite though! Hotel room totally disappointing. I have pictures of ripped wall paper, scratched paint on doors and bathroom cabinet. We got 5th floor with a huge tree outside the window even though we had booked months in advance. Looked unkempt / needed a refreshed look. Totally disappointed with the room. We could only connect 2 devices to WIFI; after paying for 3 in the room (I actually paid hundreds extra for 3 nights for an extra person in the room). I personally felt a little bit closed off with low roof with perpetually dim sky overhanging in Paris, but could be a personal preference.

Hidden cost of Resort Fee (use of internet + gym) should be optional and not compulsory and clearly displayed. We had breakfast included as part of our package but there was a queue each morning, they need to use the outside window as well to speed things up, this can't be a new problem and needs to be addressed.

Expect better this is not a budget hotel
We are very seasoned travelers and have never struck anything like the service at this hotel except for the concierge. Meet with rudeness every where. First day at the pool took a drink which I had bought at the hotel and was told i couldn't come in. Only have drinks that they sell at the pool, the next day when I arrived they asked to search my bag.Keys didn't work, my husband was locked out but they insisted on ID before issuing another and all his Id was in our room. Sent security up to let him in and to Check his passport, . He wouldn't leave a key, I returned and my Key didn't work either. Phoned to ask for them to send replacement keys up but they refused. Seem to think it was our fault they failed to work. Breakfast is a joke. Get a voucher for $9 each and that's to include a drink. Very rude staff. First day go to breakfast with our vouchers and wouldn't serve us as we didn't have ID with us. It would have been helpful if we had been told to take ID with us when we checked in.This is not a budget hotel!!! Expect better

Only able to check in early if upgraded or paid extra....even 15 minutes early. Paris waited till last minute to close down amid Covid-19 concerns. We checked out early to avoid getting kicked out with little notice.

Paris with love
Paris is an awesome hotel. I’ve stayed there twice in the last three months & its very accommodating, fun gambling atmosphere, and very close to all of the famous Las Vegas group hotels and restaurants, because it’s on the strip.

Poor experience
First room smelled very badly. Took some effort, but got new room. No hot water. Called and was assured it would be fixed, Nope srill no hot water, mamager gave a wopping 45 off. Stayed in the past, appears they dont arent spending any money on maintaining property, will most likely stay elsewhere upon our return... 1 half star

Housekeeping Disappointing
I'll start with the food and service at Paris' restaurants... everything was wonderful! Delicious food cooked and presented perfectly and wait staff was always attentive. Loved all the restaurants! The cleanliness of the room was another story. Don't know the last time the furniture had been dusted, but we were able to write our names in the dust on the armoire. We were given one toilet paper roll which by the 4th day of our trip was gone... it was never replenished. I had to walk down another hallway and find a cleaning cart in order to get another roll. Dirty washcloths were left on the floor and had to call housekeeping to deliver clean towels (they did respond quickly to the request). The air condition in the room was only blowing return air. The room got hot in the evening. Fortunately we were in Vegas when the outside temperature averaged 65 degrees. We turned down free drink coupons so that our room would be serviced everyday. Wish we had taken the coupons!

Long lines for check-in and it was extremely hard to get front desk on phone. Only one desk was manned the three times I went to the desk. Wi-fi was abysmal. Smoking in casino always irritating. Bathtub in room had drip and though I fid not notice until second day, odd stains all over tub (which I never use anyway) but that did throw into question overall cleanliness
