They had to send someone to reclean the bathroom- which they did happily and quickly, but I was skeeved the rest of the stay. The bed is comfortable but the lighting and outlets are inadequate.

Cartoon Network not recommended.
Pools were not opened as hours stated. Indoor never opened on Saturday- We were told hours that were not accurate. Rooms and facilities not very clean; hair in shower. Carpet In Rooms sticky and dirty. Outside area lots of trash All young staff working, not helpful. Would not recommend.

Is open to public, not worth spending $ for a room
My teen and I went for a weekend getaway and unfortunately it wasn't as we had hoped. It catered much more towards little kids. The indoor pool was closed and the outdoor pool was packed. Our room had a few holes in the walls, some of which had exposed wires. We went to the restaurant, the servers were nice but the soda tasted watered down and all cups were plastic solo type. They forgot about our appetizer until our main meals came when I mentioned it. At that point I preferred to just cancel and remove from our bill but they submitted the order and it still arrived cold. The waitress came back to give us our check, felt rushed, and I said we'd like dessert to-go and she went back to redo our check. The prices listed on the menu was not what we were charged, since they charged us a little more I adjusted how much of a tip I gave. The food isn't anything amazing and most arrived cold. The dessert and the tater tots were the best out of the whole meal. Breakfast is buffet style and was okay. The cafe did have nice speciality drinks and Macarons from a local shop in Camp Hill. For both supper and breakfast there was hardly anyone else in the dining area when we were there. The arcade was cool but small so with kids and parents, it gets cramped easily. Staff generally seemed nice but weren't professional, seemed like you were bothering them even just checking in and some just stared at us which made my teen uncomfortable.

Fun for all ages!
This is a great place to stay for all! We stayed 4nights with our grandchildren. Amenities were great live the outdoor pool, splash pad, fire pits and outdoor movie to name a few. Outlet stores, restaurants within walking distance.

Nice area and cool concept hotel but average stay
Hotel was interesting and was in a great location. Very pretty but didn’t feel that clean. Went on a holiday weekend and it was a bit of a mess and the staff were awful. They didn’t care about anything and that was sad. Pool towels weren’t stocked and no staff members seemed interested in helping to make this experience better for my family. Worst of all… no characters were out on a holiday weekend! I called twice during the week to get a feel of when my daughter could meet them and responses were lukewarm. Then our day at the hotel, one staff said one time. Another said another. Eventually, someone rudely said No characters. It was very sad and upsetting.

Plus side of this hotel is access to theme park.
The grounds are really cute for the kids and the plus side of staying here you can walk to Dutch Wonderland and get in a half hour earlier from the rest of the park. The pool doesn't open until 12pm which is really late for a hotel pool espeically that is geared toward children. Front desk staff are very slow very unplesant and quite rude when they address guests. The rooms are decent, but it is a motel not a hotel so expect motel status.

8/10 Very good

Family wishes to go back.
My family loved this place so much we wish that we could of stayed the next night. The issue was the next day was Friday and it would of been triple the price. There was not enough staff to where someone could answer the phone. The outdoor pool and splash pad are just opening. The indoor pool and hot tub were smaller than expected. My kids loved the scavenger hunt, coloring, and games.

2/10 Poor

Don’t waste your money.
Disgusting run down old motel, they did nothing but paint it and build a nice building to make it seem like it may be a renovated newer hotel. Holes in the ceiling, stains all over, bathroom has water damage, paper thin walls (can hear talking through both sides) and would never recommend or stay again.
the walls had stains, holes, unknown things all over.
Water damage in the bathroom just painted over. Tub drain was broken and crusty.
Under the sheet is ragged old pretend mattress.
Mattress needs replaced, and had crumbs / substances all over it. Not comfortable or clean, disgusting.
