The positive aspects of Crowne Plaza are the employees and the mattresses. The negatives far outweigh those two assets. Our room was a garret on the top floor. Tiny room with horrid drapes and two tiny windows. It was hot and thermostat didn’t seem to work. Carpet was old, drab and worn. Not a pleasant place to spend any time except to sleep.

The personnel was outstanding !. Olivier and Hector were amazing with all the advices and support to let us know Paris. People in the restaurant couldn´t be better, breakfast and dinner were perfect. Just one point, after several days in the Hotel the menu is little bit limited with the options. The only things that could be said it is about the location. More than once we had too much nice coming for the square in front of the building. Many people shouting after midnight, but nothing related to the Hotel itself.

The property is beautiful, big rooms for Europe and in a convenient, non-touristy area. We visited with Joyce many times in the cafe and she made our morning coffee routine a memorable one. Thanks for the great stay, Crowne Plaza - Paris.
