The hotel reeked of weed the AC in it was broken it was 80゚ It took over A-day to fix and then we had to change rooms from the odor the desk manager laughed in my face like it was a joke said he didn't know how to fix AC units so he didn't really care they gave us room service credit as an apology but then the room service credits didn't work and they tried to charge us before we left I spoke with 3 different managers altogether and it was a fight on the bill When they were trying to charge us for room service my sister had issues with her room and when she checked out the neighboring room had charged hundreds of dollars of room service to her room and it was a fight again with the manager to fix the bill these were blatant charges not made by her whatsoever and they were still going to make her pay them they just stood there and said there are lots of fees there are lots of fees there are lots of fees at which point we said over and over again we know there are lots of fees these room service charges are invalid after an hour they looked into the charges and found out they were for the neighboring room at which point they said they would dispute them but not technically remove them even though they know they're not hers I would never stay here again I would never recommend anyone else staying here again

Have a Problem? Too Bad...
My wife and I checked in and went to our room on the 10th floor...as soon as we walked into our room we were immediately hit with a STRONG odor of Marijuana. We called the guest services line and were told we could NOT move rooms and they can have housekeeping spray the room. I told them we needed a new room due to my wife's allergies since we booked a non smoking room. She placed me on hold and never came back on the line. I called back and was hung up on...yes, hung up on. We went downstairs and was told by the front desk that they "weren't doing room changed today"...I asked to speak to the manager on duty named TJ who was hiding in the back having the front desk agent give us the bad news. He eventually came out and told me the same thing... Here's the thing, I work at a hotel so I never complain or cause a fuss because I know how tough their job can be...but this was the worst experience I've seen in a long time; they just didn't care. Eventually after I explained to him that I paid for a non smoking room and that's what I will get...he somehow found another room for us and all ended well. My sister had a separate room and had the same issue when she checked in, heavy odor of Marijuana. They told her the same thing...sorry we can't move you rooms. I thought this was the service industry? Not acceptable in my opinion, especially when you are not sold out and have rooms available to book online.

Planet Hollywood staff rifles through your vehicle
Worse stay in Vegas ever. Package center staff incompetent of doing their job. Business trip ruined because the staff could not be where they are supposed to be two except packages so my package did not get delivered. They attempted delivery at 9:51 AM nobody was there to receive my package. My business trip was ruined and lost the job. Not to mention that the valet crew rifled through my truck and left my dome light on so then my battery would be dead in my truck would not start. Overall horrible situation and nobody in the staff did anything to help us. They actually got a little bit aggressive with us. Left over food in front of the door for 40 hrs
Checked in just fine! Valet my car because the self parking was way too far to walk with four kids and luggage with 120 degrees in the parking garage. $20/night valet is bad news for vegas, but when you need it you use and guess who doesn't make money? the valet guy who is running to pull your vehicle. if I have to pay $20 for valet more than likely I will tip him less than $5..anyways, when we checked into our room, we saw a tray of dirty dishes outside of our room with left over food on it, so figured they will take it away soon, 4 hours later, it was still there so I called and they said they will take care of it, 10 hours later, it was still there , so I called again, again apology and sending someone, 20 hours later , still there..long story short, I called 4 times within 40 hours time of my two days stay with the family.. finally got it removed and I was pretty upset about it. Room service manager apologized and said I will be compensated for it, next day during checkout, there was no incident report on my record and front desk had no record of anything..I found that to be more frustrating than anything else.. I had to tell the story to the front desk manager and she offered waiving of resort fee for one night which is pretty steep of $41. I took the offer but I wasnt happy with the service and communications. This hotel was good until Ceasers took over, they run everything down and none of their resorts deserve quality review.

Disappointed with our stay
Both my partner and i stayed in this hotel for three nights. Our booking stated we had breakfast included, I had to enquire about where we had this etc after checking in as knobody told us. We were eventually told it was at strabucks, basically a muffin and a choice of drink and your budget for that day is spent. We opted out of having housekeeping, as a result the offered $10 towards a meal in the hotel after the first night. This is $10 between the 2 of us which had to go towards our breakfast as it exceeded the $8 we were enritled to a day. Our reservation stated that there would be an additional fee if we were to use the hotel facilities, including pool and internet, we opted not to receive this package but were told at checkout that all guests are obliged to pay this. This was an additional $41 a day for something we hadn’t used. I know that people are allowed to smoke cigarettes etc at casinos, but this hotel was redicilous. The smoke hovered in the air and smelt really bad. Walking out of our hotel room in the morning on the 21st floor all you could smell was cigarettes. There is an all you can eat buffet at the hotel. One evening my partner wanted to go there for dinner but I didn’t want food. They stated that we had to pay an extra $25 for me to sit with him as I wasn’t eating.
