This hotel is in a great location, but there are a ton of better hotels right next door. The rooms are decorated in a dark brown color, which makes the entire room feel dark and unclean. Major updates needed throughout! They charge for Wi-Fi - which is free at The Maxwell - which is next door. Also, this hotel was slammed with crowds of flight attendants. They congregated in the lobby every day and it created so much congestion.

We stayed for 2 nights in a standard room with 2 beds. On our first night, my friend saw a bug on the corner of her eye in bed. We caught it and discovered it was a bed bug full of blood. Upon calling housekeeping, the housekeeping manager simply dropped off blankets and instructed us to change the blankets ourselves. Of course, we weren’t willing to change the covers ourselves, so we called him again. He said that there was no housekeeper on duty, and left it at that. I called the front desk to speak to a manager there. They moved us to a different room which was a downgrade due to the fact that it was smaller and had no fridge like the first room had.We never received an apology for being bitten by a bed bug, for having to move in the middle of the night, or for having to call multiple times to get help. It was obvious that they had dealt with this problem before and didn’t care. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody, unless they are DESPERATE for a semi-cheap stay with bed bugs and poor service.
