Great stay. We'll be back.
The Listel was a great hotel for our 5 night stay. It was in a great location for the hop-on hop-off bus, the waterfront and the restaurants and shops. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we loved the 5 o'clock wine tasting in the foyer.

Great visit, would stay again.
The hotel is great. Staff are amazing, great rooms and great location. They were doing upkeep on rooms while I was there but did not affect my stay and told me that the hotel reinvests in itself. Was too busy to check out the restaurants or use my free drink coupon.

Lovely hotel!
Lovely hotel on infamous Robson street in downtown Vancouver. Many restaurants close by. Morning delivery of French press coffee, complimentary happy hour in the lobby and a very nice touch of cookies in our valet car upon departure. The only drawback is we were given a queen room instead of a king, which we had paid for. They made it up to us, but a little more room would have been delightful. Also, glad I brought my own lotion and soap as it was not provided. Though they probably have it available if you ask. The art theme, including the art in our room was unique and fun! Breakfast at the restaurant forage was scrumptious and love the vibe! We will definitely be back.

Very Nice Hotel
The hotel is in a very conveniently located. The staff is helpful and friendly. The room is clean and the bed is so comfortable. I particular appreciate the filtered plain and sparkling water fountain on each floor. I would definitely stay there again on my next visit.

Our Second Stay at Listel was disappointing
This was our second stay at the Listel. Our first stay was in 2015 and we were really impressed with the hotel amenities and services and did not hesitate to book here again. We were initially checked into a room on the 2nd floor. The furnishings desperately needed to be updated. Carpet had clearly not been vacuumed and there was hair on the bathroom floor. Bathroom was missing a bath mat. I submitted a review on Hotels.com and the next day the young lady at the front desk offered to move us to a room on the top floor. This room was a bit bigger and had nicer/ newer furnishings. Cleanliness could be improved. Their valet parking is also very expensive--39.30 Canadian $ after taxes for one night parking. On the second day we parked in the public parking garage attached to Blue Horizon hotel across the street.
