Very nice staff. Great location. The mattress and definitely the room carpets need a refresh as they are extremely worn. We were confused that the Hotel was non-smoking, however, there were 2 ashtrays in the room.

Okay but not great.
Overall the hotel was good. Only thing that frustrated me was we stayed 2 nights. When we got back to the hotel after being out all day they did not replace our towels and our key would not work. So after 2 trips to the front desk, we got our key and towels.

Bad experience
My inbound flight was delayed by roughly 4 hours, so I arrived at the hotel ~4:30 am in very tired condition. Giovanni at the front desk did not allow me to check in on the reservation so I had to sleep in my car and go to work at 7am. Will never book this hotel again.
