Wonderful!
When my husband and I decided to return to Belgium for a second visit, we did not hesitate to stay at the NH Collection Brussels Centre once again. It is well located in an area with many restaurants and just a short walk to La Grande Place. The staff on both occasions were friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and we felt safe. The delicious buffet breakfast was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel again.

Excellent Stay at NH collection
The Hotel is in excellent location at the heart of the city. Grand place/Grote Market is just 5-10 mins walk from the place. The staff at the reception is very friendly. However their sky bar at the top floor does not seem to have many option for dinner and more so as there are plethora of good restaurants outside.

Overall the hotel was okay, rooms decent. Location not so great-seemed unsafe??! Before you book this hotel, be aware there is MAJOR CONSTRUCTION GOING ON AT THE HOTEL AND ON THE MAIN STREET IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL. Does not appear it will be done anytime soon. Waking up to jack hammering and ruckus at 6:00 am is not what you want on vacation! We had a 2nd floor room with a balcony near the street, it was "SUPER NOISY." You can hear everything/everyone all around the hotel at "all hours of the night" screaming-yelling-fighting-banging on things. The homeless population seemed to surround the hotel. Had I known about the construction, I would never have booked this hotel. Management, highly recommend you make patrons aware there is construction in process-on going at your hotel. Posting this information on your website would be the courteous-right thing to do.

NH Collection great hotel, good location, big gym
NH Collection hotels are generally great. Breakfast top-notch especially. There was a massive gym in the hotel which was good to see. The frontdesk was struggling due to the volume of visitors but they were superfriendly. Great location in Brussels, walkable from central train station.

A gem in the city center
Perfect location. 3 churches close by, St Catherine, Nicholas and Finistere which is 3 minutes walk away. Shopping is literally downstairs. Several wonderful cafes at the side passages. Lifts comes fast. Atrium rooms are perfectly quiet albeit with poor views. We moved from a extremely noisy street view room. Front desks' manager Jonathan assisted perfectly. Fernando, the chirpy concierge manager made everything so complete. Best 4 star hotel award.

Great Hotel
Our first night was difficult but the second night onwards was fabulous. As we were intercontinental travellers, the street side noise affected our rest. Jonathan and Fernando handled our situation with refined grace. The courtyard rooms were superb for time zone weary guest which we were. The metro station entrance is 10 metres away and restaurants and shoppers are practically downstairs. Truly a treasure in the heart of Brussels.
