We LOVED the Hilton. Our stay was upgraded for free upon arrival, every staff member was kind and welcoming. The jacuzzi tub was our favourite part and the view, WOW! Only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because the rooms are a little outdated with peeling wallpaper and ripped carpet in some areas.

Great stay in Niagara Falls

One night stay for a concert at the new OLG stage connected to the hotel. Check-in was very friendly and efficient, room was a great size and we had beautiful views of the falls. Second time here and would definitely recommend this hotel for convenience to all Niagara Falls activities and stunning views! (Make sure to select a room with Canadian Falls view)

A must stay hotel

It was amazing!! Upon checking in they upgraded our room for free and gave us a suite on a high floor with a spectacular view of the falls (both Canadian and US). The room was very clean and I thoroughly enjoyed the jetted tub in the bathroom

Great Trip .. but be strategic

Hi Families. This was super affordable due to the exchange rate. Easy access to pool, gym, and CASINO/ GALLERIA. View is good by not amazing of the Falls. Fun at night with the lights. Make sure to spluge for the view of Falls not the "City". God Bless Canada and America.

Daughters birthday weekend

My husband & I have stayed here plenty of times for leisure, so we decided to stay here as well with our 2 daughters as their birthday celebration. Our stay was amazing as usual! Check in & out was as easy as it could possibly be, although on-site parking was on the costly side - $80/night, it didn't come as a shock considering the hotel & its location. Our room was well cleaned, the view was wonderful. The location, cannot boast enough about. It's in the middle of all the hotspots! Will 100% be back again :)

After waiting for 35 minutes to get checked in and then being told that my room was not ready and I would be on the 43 floor was told to wait for another hour to wait in line again to get a room on the 26 floor with no view of the falls just to builds

The facility was super clean. The jacuzzi tub was a nice amenity. We did not like that we weren’t able to control the temperature of our room. We were super hot even after turning it off and found it hard to sleep. The tv also didn’t work to well. The bed though was comfortable

Stay as always was wonderful. Received instructions to check in online and receive key card but was advised to visit front desk. Did so with no hassle’s .

Nickel and dollared

Great hotel with superb view but they hit you in the wallet hard for extras that should be free: each bottle of water $5 if you’re not a Hilton Honors guest. $80 parking per day indoors. The breakfast on 33rd floor was the most expensive I’ve ever bought: ~$200 for 4 people. Hot water in room was limited, ran out after 10 minutes. Aside from that it was excellent.
