Lobby was extremely beautiful and clean. Parking was pricey in my opinion, off-site parking was $35/night and valet was $80 but they did offer shuttle service which was nice. Hotel in close proximity to falls for easy walking. Rooms could be updated but still comfortable. View made it worth while, would have been better if casino was directly in between view of falls but still beautiful!

Great hotel for entertainment!
We were in town for the Tom Jones concert. The convenience of have the venue and casino all attached was appreciated. The only negative about our stay was the inability to catch an elevator going down the following morning in order to check out. We waited 20 minutes only to try getting an upwards elevator which eventually went down.

Good and bad
Stay overall was excellent. First room a/c unit did not work and maintenance really tried to repair and finally had to replace the unit. Still did not work. Maintenance recommended changing rooms which we did. Sharmaine, front desk manager was wonderful and assisted us. The new room was excellent and the views of the Falls were great.
