Hilton Grand Vacations on Paradise (Convention Center), Las Vegas, United States of America

It was old hotel as the carpet, escalator and all was not in a good condition. Room is too small and shower was horrible. Won’t recommend to anyone to stay there as service was also not good at all. Cockroaches moving around in the lobby, kitchen so spent 7 nights there and even want to change next day of checked in but they refused to offer any refund.

I would stay here at again anytime as well as recommend it to my friends and family travelling to Las Vegas as we were more than comfortable in our suite and all of the extra's including the full kitchen, living area, dining table and two bathroom spaces. This hotel made travelling with a young child easy and although we were a long way down the strip, we did not feel we were missing out as the parking was free and we could access almost anywhere we wanted to go with ease.

Our stay at Hilton Grand Vacations was overall amazing! The bathroom could have been bigger with a little more room but overall the room was great and the beds comfortable. The staff all friendly and very helpful. Our only complaint was our room was next to the ice machine and house keeping closets so we heard doors slamming over and over early in the morning. When brought to the attention of the front desk staff they tried to make it better for us. They were helpful and considerate. This is a nice quiet property otherwise close enough to the strip yet far enough to enjoy quiet time. I would definitely stay her again!!!

Awesome place! Super clean and nice. Staff was over-the-top nice! Heated pool and big hot tub. Kids loved it. Suite was big and very nice. One of the best places to stay in vegas.

request a closer rooms together weeks prior arrival only to find out that we are 6 floors apart. i think the excuse of the hotel is full is outrageous. there are many things you can tell that hotel is not full, not that many people coming in and out, parking lot is not full, etc. bad response!!!
